## Job description

根据总分公司业务预算目标及公司业务发展策略，确定产品年度规划，实现产品有序、高效、精准投放；定期追踪分析业务品质及业务进度，监控各项业务指标达成； 负责个人客户非车险产品综合保障供给，结合客户需求分析、渠道销售场景、业务品质要求，创新开发产品，针对新产品及条款拟定产品费率、风险定价，加强产品运行情况监测，优化产品管理体系； 负责互联网平台相关场景产品的创新、开发迭代、投产比管理，以及全流程跟进互联网产品的上线对接； 负责协同开展互联网相关场景平台及产品的运营监控、营销策划； 领导交办的其他工作。
- 本科及以上学历，保险、经济类相关专业优先；
- 有保险公司2年以上相关岗位工作经验优先；
- 具备优秀的沟通表达能力、经营分析能力、团队协作能力，责任心、执行力强。
