## Job description

（1）推动三级机构各部门落实当地监管及上级公司关于消保工作要求； （2）负责公司消保工作目标及要求的宣导和推动； （3）负责定期追踪、收集、上报三级机构各部门落实消保工作计划的情况； （4）根据当地监管和上级公司要求，定期汇总编写消保工作报告并按时上报； （5）针对发现侵害消费者权益的事件，及时上报和协调处理； （6）负责督促辖内保险消费者投诉案件的及时处理和有效化解； （7）定期对投诉案件进行分析及检查，按时上报投诉工作报告； （8）其他消保及投诉相关工作； （9）领导交办的其他工作。
- 统招本科及以上学历，保险、金融专业，1年以上相关工作经验；
- 年龄40周岁以下；
- 有责任心、耐心，具有较好的沟通交流能力，有较好的客户服务意识；
