## Job description
- Maintain daily business channels, including but not limited to contact with China and overseas insurance brokers, reinsurers and captive insurance company;
- Assist in preparing underwriting and quotation documents and placing proper reinsurance arrangement as needed;
- Process policy wording and endorsement contracts to ensure accurate input into system. Coordinate with internal departments;
- In charge of preparing and reviewing reinsurance slips, accounts and claims supporting documents. Follow up for timely submission of closing and accounting documents as well as premium and claim settlement.
- Hong Kong permanent residents or non-permanent residents but must hold a valid work visa (Top Talent Pass Scheme, IANG, Quality Migrants or Dependant, etc.)
- Bachelor Degree holder in insurance, finance, law, economics or a related field.
- Self-motivated, independent and with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Prior working experience in the finance or insurance industry is preferred.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, proficient in Putonghua preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint.
