## Job description
- 负责完善机构差异化车物理赔标准及理赔政策
- 负责完善机构工时及配件标准;
- 负责总结分析机构车物理赔作业相关数据，制定改善举措并落实;
- 负责机构查勘定损岗排班及轮岗;

### 负责理赔公估、协勘、外修厂等第三方供应商的联系与管理
- 负责维修资源的管理工作;
- 负责车物理赔队伍的培训;
- 负责车物理赔直接、间接理赔费用管理。
- 全日制本科及以上学历，车辆工程、医学、法学类相关专业;
- 年龄40周岁以下，中共党员优先;

### 具备5年以上保险理赔工作经验
- 熟悉保险理赔工作流程，擅长团队管理，抗压能力强沟通表达能力强。
