## Job description
- 协助机构做好文件流转工作，包括文件的收发、流转和整理归档等；
- 协助机构差旅、会议接待、职场布置、设备维护等行政后勤服务保障工作；
- 协助分公司收集机构家具、设备、办公用品等物料需求，员工信息采集及材料归档等工作；
- 协助分公司做好工会相关保障工作；
- 部门交办的其他工作。
- 本科及以上学历，相关专业；
- 年龄35周岁以下，具有同行业1年及以上工作经验优先；
- 有责任心、工作积极主动，有团队合作精神，具备较强的沟通能力、学习能力和服务意识，能够承担一定的工作强度及压力；
- 熟悉保险理论知识、保险相关法律法规，熟练使用日常办公软件，具有较好的文字表达能力。
