## Job description
- 落地总公司车险产品及客户运营管理流程，推广运用公司各类自动化系统，提升效率、降低成本、优化各类流程、提升各类系统的用户体验。
- 协助总公司车险经营管理全流程线上化方案；推广自动化经营管理系统，实现公司车险经营管理“数智化”。
- 落实总公司车险承保品质管理工作的要求，并结合分公司管理要求进行本地化落地，提升合规管理水平和覆盖范围，确保分公司不发生重大合规风险。
- 调研机构开展车险业务所需的系统自动化支持，提出车险系统及流程优化需求。
- 推进车险条线的队伍建设和技能培训，提升机构车险管理能力。
- 负责根据总公司及当地监管要求完成车险运营类相关工作。 1.全日制本科及以上学历。 2.40周岁以下。 3.具备一年以上同岗位工作经验或两年以上财险公司相关岗位工作经验。
