## Job description
- 每日巡查楼栋及各功能区域内设施设备使用后的复位，及宣传栏的更新等工作；
- 完成住户的入住前期准备、入住接待、入住培训等服务工作，了解并记录新入住长者的兴趣爱好；
- 为住户提供咨询、信件快递收发、报修、入户保洁对接、访客接待及楼栋电话接访等生活管理服务；
- 根据住户需求对接外联服务，如班车、代购代办代缴、外出就医、预约车辆等；
- 根据社区活动计划及安排实施各类活动，完成创建并维护活动和社团的活动日程，定期组织长者外出游玩活动；
- 楼栋及各活动功能区秩序的维护，以及长者问题、意见的处理；
- 工作日志的书写及核心业务系统的录入工作；
- 做好资产盘点、登记转移记录等工作，包括各类服务表单、登记表单、住户档案等；
- 完成上级领导交办的其他事项。
- 大专及以上学历；
- 养老服务或相关专业优先；
- 养老服务、社工服务行业从业经验优先考虑； 4.1-3年同类岗位工作经验优先； 5.具备基本的逻辑思维、语言表达、沟通方面的能力，普通话标准； 6.基本掌握OFFICE等办公软件，具备基本的公文写作能力。
