## Job description
- 协助部门负责预算管理、目标路径管理，拟定分公司条线预算及工作目标，监控目标达成；
- 负责统筹分公司各产品线、理赔条线及行政条线业务督导及重点工作追踪；
- 负责分公司条线经营分析工作；
- 负责分公司条线对内、外部数据报送；
- 负责部门交办的其它工作。
- 本科及以上学历者优先；
- 具备良好的沟通表达能力、组织协调能力及学习力；
- 热爱保险行业、认同太平文化。
