## Job description
- 负责员工招聘入司、试用期考核、异动、离职等服务工作，做好考勤、合同及档案管理；
- 负责机构人员信息维护，并做好各类报表报送工作；
- 办理员工社保、公积金等福利，负责绩效考核追踪汇总工作；
- 负责机构日常的单证、资产、职场及车辆管理，并落实公司各类宣传工作；
- 组织安排各类活动会议，协助部门负责人做好内外部单位的联络沟通及协调工作；
- 上级领导交办的其他工作。
- 本科及以上学历；
- 具备2年以上相关工作经验；
- 性格开朗大方，表达能力较强，协调沟通能力强；
- 责任心强，有开拓进取精神;
- 中共党员优先。
