## Job description
- Handle full range of company secretarial duties;
- Provide back up support on reception counter service
- Assist in compliance matters;
- Assist in ad hoc projects.
- Degree holder in Business Administration, law, Accounting or Corporate Governance related disciplines; Thai nationality;
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in handling company secretarial duties;
- Well-organized, meticulous, self-motivated, good interpersonal and communication skill and with a strong sense of responsibility;
- Excellent PC skills of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;
- Good command of written & spoken English & Mandarin is a must.
