1.协助公司工会换届选举、康养劳动技能竞赛及日常工会基础性工作。 2.协助公司党员发展及基层党建等基础性工作。 具有端正的思想道德水平，在党建及思想政治方面有一定的理论及专业基础，具有良好的逻辑思维、语言表达能力，有基本文字写作功底，能熟练掌握常用办公室软件。
