## Job description
- 提供全面的医疗服务，包括诊断、治疗和预防常见疾病。
- 进行健康咨询，包括生活方式、营养和运动建议。
- 管理和协调患者的医疗保健需求，包括转诊到上级医院。
- 执行常规检查和筛查，如血压测量、血液检查等。
- 管理慢性病患者的长期护理计划。
- 更新和维护患者医疗记录。
- 参与继续医学教育和专业发展活动。
- 持有有效的医学执业资格证书，中级以上职称优先。
- 具有全科医学或相关领域的专业学位。
- 至少3年以上的公立二甲医院临床经验，优先考虑具有全科医学经验的候选人。
- 熟悉医疗法规和伦理标准。
- 具备良好的沟通技巧和团队合作精神。
- 能够处理紧急情况，具备良好的决策和问题解决能力。

### 工作条件
- 工作时间可能包括夜班、周末和节假日。
- 需要与不同的医疗团队成员合作，包括护士、药剂师和专科医生。
- 需要使用计算机和其他医疗设备进行日常工作。
