## Job description
- 负责开展战略风险监测，定期起草分类风险管理报告，审核子公司风险偏好指标设置；
- 负责开展与战略风险管理密切相关的研究分析、方案起草；
- 负责部门综合文稿起草工作；
- 统筹推进部门文档流转、合规管理、档案管理、工作督办、内外部沟通协调等综合性事务工作。

### 教育背景
- 本科及以上学历；

### 工作经验
- 具有5年以上战略企划或综合管理工作经验，从事过金融机构总部工作的优先；

### 知识技能
- 熟悉金融保险行业知识，熟悉规划管理流程；

### 能力素质
- 具备良好的公文写作能力、沟通协调能力和团队合作意识，有较强的责任感、自驱力；

### 其他要求
- 认同中国太平企业文化，中共党员优先。
