## Job description
- 负责机构首、续业务计划的推动；
- 机构首、续业务经营计划的推动、追踪和达成；
- 负责执行分公司服务拓展部首、续各项管理制度和流程，各项预算管控；
- 分公司首、续企划活动实施、配合；
- 机构的业务推动经营体系的建立、运作；
- 首、续团队经营文化的建立、运作；
- 机构各项会议的组织召开；
- 机构激励体系的建立和执行，行销辅助工具设计和管理；
- 机构业务品质及内控合规管理、相关制度落实、品质指标分析改善；
- 内勤员工的培训辅导；
- 其他工作事项。 1、本科及以上学历； 2、3年以上寿险营销和管理经验，具有岗位相应的专业技能； 3、良好的沟通协调能力和组织能力，执行力强，勇于接受挑战。
