## Job description
- 负责分公司政策性健康险预算编制工作，制定业务发展规划和预算指标；
- 负责政策性健康险的市场研究和销售推动，制定和落实推动方案，追踪业绩指标；
- 负责政策性健康险项目管理、续保管理、销售支持及产养协同等工作；
- 负责分公司政策性健康险的运营管理、品质管控，并定期进行经营情况分析；
- 负责制度建设、合规管理、医保业务系统对接与维护、队伍能力建设等。
- 部门交办的其他工作。 大学本科及以上学历者优先； 年龄35周岁以下者优先； 具备岗位相关工作经验者优先； 具备优秀的沟通表达能力、团队协作能力，学习力、执行力强。
