## Job description
- 负责集团干部监督工作的综合协调和宏观指导,研究制定集团有关干部监督管理方面的制度规定；
- 统筹做好配合中央巡视和选人用人专项检查以及相关整改工作；组织实施集团所属机构党委选人用人工作专项检查及整改督导；
- 负责受理核查选人用人工作信访投诉举报；
- 配合开展集团干部监督日常工作，组织开展专项干部监督工作，落实从严管理监督干部有关要求。

### 教育背景
- 本科及以上学历；

### 工作经验
- 具有5年以上相关工作经验；从事过干部监督、纪检监察工作的优先；

### 知识技能
- 熟悉中国共产党的基本理论、基本路线和重大方针政策，熟悉干部监督、干部管理相关制度规定等；优秀的公文写作能力；熟练掌握办公软件及工具；

### 能力素质
- 善于沟通，具有较强的团队协作精神；做事严谨细致，具备较强的责任感、敬业精神；

### 其他要求
- 中共党员，认同中国太平企业文化。
