## Job description
- 负责优秀新人典型案例的收集并制作、推广分享课程；
- 负责育成体系关键指标追踪反馈；
- 负责业务员层级非制式培训项目以及相关课程开发与实施；
- 负责各阶段培训中部分课程的讲授及培训组织。
- 具备2年以上相关工作经验；
- 本科及以上学历并取得相应学位；
- 形象气质佳，表达能力较强，熟练使用PPT等办公软件；
- 有较强的组织能力，有同业工作经验者优先。
