## Job description
- 根据总分公司团体类业务预算目标，定期追踪分析业务品质及业务进度，监控各项业务指标达成；
- 负责分公司核保权限内的业务审核和系统核单；按照总分公司确定的相关险种承保理赔制度和实务 规章，准确把控业务风险及精准报价；
- 根据核保管理需要，提出业务系统开发、优化的规划及需求，促进信息技术在两核管理中的运用；
- 根据公司风险管理及应收要求，协同合规部、财务部等部门，及时发现并整改各类稽核/审计发现问 题，加强应收保费管理，提升意健险运营经营水平；
- 根据总公司意健险业务运营发展战略规划，落实并推进分公司意健险条线运营系列专业化队伍建设；
- 负责完成部门交办的其他工作。
- 全日制本科及以上学历，保险、经济类、医学类、数学统计类相关专业；
- 年龄35周岁以下，有保险公司2年以上相关岗位工作经验优先；
- 良好的团队合作意识，具备较强的责任感和事业心，抗压能力强，具有较好的学习能力、组织策划能力。
