## Job description

（1）落实分公司银保策略和规划； （2）银保业务推动活动的组织、执行、追踪； （3）各项业务推动政策、激励方案的制定与传承； （4）增员活动的策划与落实； （5）指导和管理内勤队伍； （6）管理部门或本业务系列费用预算。

### 学历及专业要求
- 本科及以上学历，专业不限；

### 工作经验要求
- 3年及以上相关全职工作经验；

### 工作技能要求
- 良好的沟通能力和学习能力，熟练使用办公软件；

### 能力素质要求
- 良好的团队协作精神，爱岗乐业，善于学习，乐于沟通，工作认真、细致，作风朴实。
