## Job description
- 落实分公司银保策略和规划；
- 银保业务推动活动的组织、执行、追踪；
- 各项业务推动政策、激励方案的制定与传承；
- 增员活动的策划与落实；
- 建设与管理银保内外勤队伍；
- 管理部门或本业务系列费用预算。
- 本科及以上学历；
- 年龄35岁以下；
- 具备3年以上银保条线相关工作经验；
- 具备较强的语言表达及沟通能力；良好的团队协作精神，爱岗乐业，善于学习，较强的执行力和抗压能力；
- 中共党员优先。
