## Job description
- 推动落实各项风险排查、监管检查，追踪违规问题完成整改；
- 督导全辖机构有效开展合规工作，并不定期开展现场检查；
- 监测、识别、报送风险线索，开展风险警示教育和风险提示；
- 开展合规日常宣传培训，并审核公司的对外宣传材料等资料；
- 机构基层工作，了解基层工作模式，提升综合能力。
- 本科及以上学历；
- 有良好的语言表达能力、熟练使用办公软件；
- 良好的团队协作精神，有较强的抗压能力，并具备较强的逻辑能力；
- 爱岗乐业，善于学习，乐于沟通，工作认真、细致，作风朴实。
