## Job description
- 负责指导、参与人伤事故性质调查、医院查勘、交警队核查、工作收入及护理人核查、小额案件索赔等工作；
- 负责根据相关法律法规及两核标准，在规定时效内完成权限内的人伤案件审核及超权限案件的初审上报工作；负责人伤案件的跟踪，医院复勘、伤残复勘、陪同评残；
- 负责诉讼案件、追偿与代位求偿案件的处理。
- 负责跟进人伤、诉讼相关委托第三方机构处理案件的协调处理。
- 领导交办的其他工作。
- 遵纪守法、诚实守信、敢于担当；
- 本科及以上学历，理赔相关工作经验，医学类、法学类专业优先； 年龄35岁以下；
- 具有较强的学习能力、沟通表达能力、抗压能力，具有良好的分析问题、解决问题的能力和组织协调能力。
