## Job description
- 协助机构做好文件流转工作，包括文件的收发、流转和整理归档等；
- 协助机构差旅、会议接待、职场布置、设备维护等行政后勤服务保障工作；
- 协助分公司收集机构家具、设备、办公用品等物料需求，员工信息采集及材料归档等工作；
- 协助分公司做好工会相关保障工作；
- 部门交办的其他工作。
- 本科及以上学历，相关专业，党员优先；
- 责任心强，沟通协调能力强，具有一定抗压能力；
- 有文字功底，有财险工作经验优先。
