## Job description
- 负责分公司投诉管理、指导、协调与督办，确保投诉妥善处理，有效降低投诉风险；
- 优化完善分公司保险消费投诉处理细则，统筹管理下辖机构投诉处理工作；
- 监控各条线及下辖机构投诉指标，跟踪投诉处理进展，推动溯源整改，降低整体投诉率；
- 建立风险升级机制，统筹投诉结案工作；
- 开展分公司投诉作业品质督核，对发现问题进行问责与整改督办；
- 负责下辖机构消保队伍及投诉处理队伍建设，持续提升队伍专业能力；
- 接受公司交办的其他工作，包括但不限于派驻12378热线工作。 1.统招本科及以上学历，保险、金融专业优先，党员优先； 2.40周岁以下，1年及以上相关工作经验； 3.普通话标准，具备较强的表达与沟通能力； 4.情绪管理及抗压能力良好，能胜任话务中心两班倒工作安排； 5.有同业客服热线工作经历者优先考虑。
