## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 在基金项目策略范围内，挖掘相关投资机会，并对相关行业趋势做出深入分析，协助搜寻、筛选、评估、储备符合策略的项目和业务。
- 配合项目的市场及行业研究、尽职调查、交易结构设计、财务模型构建及合同条件谈判等工作。
- 起草与项目相关的报送审批文件，完成项目可行性分析、行业分析，项目立项、终审、尽职调查报告、投后报告等文书撰写，撰写各类分析报告及实施方案。
- 配合项目评估、监控、优化等进行跟踪管理，定期提交监管报告，协助拓展完善退出渠道并顺利退出，保证项目收益实现。
- 完成其他及公司事务性工作。

### Requirements

1.本科及以上学历，投资、金融、财经、工商管理、法律、医药等相关专业。 2.5年以上投资或财务等相关工作经验，主导过重要投资项目，有律师事务所、投资公司、医药行业相关项目经验者优先。拥有基金从业资格优先。 3.具有较高专业素养，具备财务、投资等专业知识，熟悉国家相关政策法规。 4.具有较强的沟通协调能力、处理复杂问题和突发事件能力，具有良好的开拓创新精神和市场竞争意识。 5.

### 工作地点

济南、北京、深圳。
