## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 建立健全“三重一大”等党内制度，落实党建进章程，统筹党内会议、第一议题学习，做好纪要、发文及工作督查督办。
- 制定党组织年度学习计划，落实主题教育及各类学习教育部署，抓实党员理论武装，推动学习教育常态长效开展。
- 督促指导基层党支部开展“三会一课”、主题党日活动、组织生活会及民主评议等工作。
- 统筹换届、党员发展、关系转接、党费管理、评优推先等党务基础工作。
- 落实意识形态工作责任制，开展党建宣传，统筹企业文化建设与精神文明创建，筑牢企业思想文化阵地。
- 统筹信访维稳工作，收集处置职工诉求，疏导职工思想、化解矛盾，维护劳动关系与企业大局稳定。
- 对接联系各类统战对象，落实联谊交友制度，组织座谈建言献策，凝聚统战力量助力企业发展。
- 深耕党建与业务深度融合，创新党建载体，紧扣经营重点开展特色党建，将党建优势转化为企业发展动能，打造党建品牌。
- 完成上级交办的其他工作。

### Requirements
- 中共党员，本科及以上学历，思政、党史、中文、行政管理等相关专业，身体健康，45周岁及以下。
- 具备3年及以上大型企业党建、群团相关工作从业经验。
- 政治立场坚定，熟练掌握党的方针政策，熟悉国企党建、宣传思想及意识形态相关工作要求。
- 文字功底扎实，能独立撰写党建综合报告、领导讲话等；具备统筹组织、品牌宣传及较强的沟通协调能力。
- 认同公司企业文化，恪守职业操守，遵纪守法、廉洁自律、勤勉务实、善于团结协作。
- 综合素质特别优秀者，可适当放宽任职资格。
