## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责协助建立区域市场准入及政策研究机制，加强政府事务能力建设；
- 负责统筹、推动区域合约销售项目管理工作；
- 负责配合合约厂商开展各项培训，确保管理要求切实执行；
- 负责区域内资源调配、渠道梳理、市场划分、风险控制及业务辅导等；
- 负责贯彻落实区域市场和销售策略，制定销售规划；
- 负责集团项目任务书的下达并落实项目达成情况，对项目达成情况进行分析、总结，给予区域内合约销售团队指导及帮助；
- 负责区域内部业务系统（润流系统）的任务下发并跟进项目系统反馈情况。

### Requirements

1、本科及以上学历，医药学相关专业； 2、40周岁以下，3年以上大中型医药生产或流通企业相关工作经验，具备丰富医药销售团队管理经验； 3、对市场政策有一定研究、掌握一定政府事务建设的能力； 4、自我认知清晰，具有良好的职业素养和操守，诚信可靠、廉洁自律。
