## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 配合上级领导开展集团药品/器械/新业务（保健品、食品）业务条线管理；
- 完善企业相关质量管理制度和管理标准；
- 组织落实质量管理监督检查，督促整改；
- 协助组织开展质量教育培训和档案管理；
- 负责收集集团企业质量动态，分析质量风险，制定管理措施；
- 负责国家及地方法律法规的收集整理并协助推动落实。

### Requirements
- 具备药学、医学、食品、卫生等相关专业本科以上学历或中级以上技术职称，同时具有5年以上大型经营或生产企业质量管理工作的经历；
- 熟悉企业经营质量管理法律法规、质量管理流程，参与过企业质量体系文件的编制；
- 熟悉管理法律法规和行业管理特点，至少参加过一次GSP或GMP全面质量规范现场检查工作；
- 良好的团队合作精神，具备一定的组织协调和培训能力；
- 工作积极主动、认真负责并能承受工作压力，能适应频繁出差。
