## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 统筹各生产基地各非标设备的开发，并与外部设备开发机构展开合作。
- 分析评估生产效率瓶颈，主导推进老设备及工艺优化配套设备的自动化与智能化水平，提升产线效率。
- 支持各生产基地工装、夹治具、模具等设备开发和技术支持。
- 协助各基地在用设备评估、项目相关设备技术支持、CMO/CDMO项目设备方面技术评估等。

### Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，自动化、机械工程或模具专业优先；
- 具备扎实的自动化领域专业知识，熟悉自动化设备开发、生产交付等全流程；对非标自动化设备开发与应用相关经验5年以上。
- 有视觉检测、组装类设备开发、模具和注塑机技术管理等有实践和具体项目落地的优先；
- 党员优先。
