## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 全面负责公司精益生产体系搭建、推行与落地，制定精益策略和年度改善目标。
- 主导现场改善、效率提升、降本增效、流程优化等专项改善活动，持续优化运营指标。
- 对各基地开展培训、项目攻关、日常考核，建立全员改善文化。
- 统筹跨部门精益项目，固化改善成果。
- 负责与外部精益管理机构合作，推进精益改善项目落地和保持。

### Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，工业工程、管理工程或医药相关专业，具备精益黑带或六西格玛黑带优先。
- 在医疗器械、医药行业任生产运营类、精益改善类工作经验5年以上，熟悉劳动密集型、多品类产线或注塑加工生产模式的优先。
- 必须具备独立开展精益培训活动，并有主导工厂、集团级精益项目的成功案例。
- 曾任职国内精益咨询机构专职培训师优先，党员优先。
