## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 根据基金项目运作策略，负责进行项目开发与挖掘，建立并维护系统的项目储备库。
- 完成项目研究等，主导交易结构设计及交易合同的深度谈判。
- 完成项目的各项审批文件、尽职调查报告、可行性分析等投资立项及决策决议文件。
- 完成项目投后管理，通过业务赋能、关键资源导入等方式提升项目价值，并具体设计与执行项目的退出方案。
- 统筹日常的项目进度追踪与流程管理。

### Requirements

1.本科及以上学历，投资、金融、财经、工商管理、医药等相关专业。 2.8年以上投资或相关行业经验，作为项目负责人主导过多个重要投资项目并有成功退出经验，拥有基金从业资格优先。 3.具备扎实的财务、法务及行业研究功底，精通各类投资分析工具，对大健康细分赛道有深刻理解。 4.具有项目统筹管理能力、商业谈判技巧、团队管理能力以及优秀的抗压能力。 5.

### 工作地点

济南、北京、深圳。
