## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责服务部东区市场医院，浆站，血站设备的维修、维护、保养等工作，确保设备稳定运行。
- 根据客户需求提供客户培训、现场跟台及远程指导等，并填写相应的记录表格，及时响应客户需求。
- 协助销售人员解决相关产品技术问题，提升用户满意度，维护良好的客户关系。
- 根据公司要求参加相关培训及考试，提升业务技能水平。
- 及时将客户反馈问题上报公司相关部门及人员，以便公司及时解决客户相关问题。

### Requirements
- 学历:本科及以上学历，机电及相关专业毕业优先。

### 经验
- 2年及以上从事医疗器械及售后相关工作经验者优先。
- 年龄:25岁至40岁，身体健康。
- 能力:具备良好的沟通表达能力、责任心强、服务意识强。遵守公司各项规章制度，无不良从业记录，服从工作安排。
- 适应经常出差；工作地点上海、江西、江苏、安徽、福建、浙江、河南；日常驻地江西。
