## Job description

### Responsibilities

1.制定基金项目整体投资战略与规划，全面负责大健康领域相关业务投资布局与资产配置。 2.统筹并维护与政府机构、行业龙头企业、合作伙伴等第三方关系，获取优质资源与合作机会。 统筹项目全流程，覆盖融投管退全过程管理，确保指标达成。 4.负责项目团队的搭建、培养、考核及日常实务管理，提升团队整体的专业能力与执行力。

### Requirements

1.本科及以上学历，投资、金融、财经、工商管理、医药等相关专业。 2.10年以上投资或相关行业经验，拥有多个主导并成功退出大型投资项目的成功案例，拥有基金从业资格优先。 3.具备战略眼光和市场洞察力，熟悉产业基金运作及相关国家政策法规。 4.具备资源整合能力、商务谈判能力、风险控制能力和团队领导力，能够应对复杂的商业环境。 5.

### 工作地点

济南、北京、深圳。
