## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 负责工程部门工作开展，作为工程管理人员进行培养；
- 参与一线岗位顶岗实操或跟岗学习，熟练掌握各基础岗位工作流程；

### 参与项目各项机电设备、智能设备进行管理，包括巡检、维保、安装、维修等； 任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，男女不限；

### 知识与技能
- 在工程管理各版块具有良好的知识储备，熟悉工程管理工作标准与流程，持相关专业证书优先；具有较强分析与解决问题的能力；

### 性格与特长
- 吃苦耐劳，具有专业知识的研究精神，有上进心；抗压能力强，工作细致严谨，具有高度的工作热情、敬业精神；服从背包文化，接受出差/外派;4.

### 办公技能

熟练掌握CAD、WORD、EXCEL、POWERPOINT等软件。
