## Job description

### 岗位职责

负责物业管理业务
- 协同统筹社空间资源相关业务的招商管理，制定可行性业务方案；
- 积极拓展行业内大客户资源，合作场地联营、社媒投放、整合销售等业务，定制销售方案并转化；
- 协同社区空间租赁业务的同行对标及新产品开发；
- 协同合作商管理及业务合规性管控。

### 任职要求
- 在校期间有学生干部经验者优先考虑；
- 形象良好，有亲和力，责任心强，工作细致、严谨，具有较强的组织协调能力及人际沟通能力；
- 具有良好的文字功底，对数据有一定敏感度，熟练使用OFFICE等办公软件，对商业运营、资产管理等领域有浓厚的兴趣。
