## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 参与商业项目物业管理，作为物业管理储备人员进行培养；
- 结合相关法律法规以及公司规定，落实总部标准在工程管理方面的要求；
- 负责商业项目各项机电设备、智能设备进行管理，包括巡检、维保、安装、维修等；
- 开展商业项目内报事报修事项进的跟进与解决。

### 学历及专业
- 应届毕业生，本科及以上学历，给排水、土木工程、工程管理、电气、智能楼宇、消防等相关专业优先；

### 知识与技能
- 在工程管理各版块具有良好的知识储备，熟悉工程管理工作标准与流程，持相关专业证书优先；具有较强分析与解决问题的能力；

### 性格与特长
- 吃苦耐劳，具有专业知识的研究精神，有上进心；抗压能力强，工作细致严谨，具有高度的工作热情、敬业精神；

### 外语技能
- 使用英语简单日常交流并胜任部分职场基础工作；

### 工作地点
- 三年校招生培养期内，需接受区域内轮岗。
