## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 参与组织发展、招聘配置、员工培训与发展、员工关系、薪资福利等人力资源方面工作，参与校招生培训、校园招聘等大型项目制工作；
- 协助完善招聘流程和招聘体系、以及招聘渠道的开发；
- 建立积极的员工关系，了解员工思想动态，工作满意度，保持与员工的沟通交流；
- 收集及存档相应的劳动、人事法规及公司下发文件，向公司管理人员提供人事规范咨询。

### 学历及专业
- 应届毕业生，硕士及以上学历，专业背景不限；

### 知识与技能
- 熟悉人力资源各模块工作内容，了解人力资源相关国家政策及法规；

### 性格与特长
- 具有优秀的人际沟通和协调能力、计划与执行能力以及团队合作精神；抗压能力强，工作细致严谨，具有高度的工作热情、敬业精神；

### 外语技能
- 使用英语简单日常交流并胜任部分职场基础工作；

### 工作地点
- 三年校招生培养期内，需接受区域内轮岗。
