## Description

1.研究制定人力资源中长期规划和年度工作计划。 2.负责薪酬福利、员工管理、干部监督相关制度制修订工作。 3.负责员工薪酬管理、奖金核算，社会保险和住房公积金的日常管理，以及企业年金计划等福利项目的组织和实施工作。 4.负责组织架构设置、员工关系管理工作。 5.负责员工日常监督管理工作。 6.完成上级交办的其他工作。 1.中共党员优先。 2.硕士研究生及以上学历，人力资源管理、法律、财务、统计、会计、经济等相关专业优先。 3.具有1-3年人力资源管理工作经验。 4.熟练掌握Office办公软件，具备良好的Excel操作能力。 5.具有高度的责任感和团队精神。 6.具有较好的沟通协调能力和公文写作能力。
