## Job description
- 负责研究政府政策，在对政策导向型产品热点问题进行前期调查、收集整理相关资料的基础上，形成可行性报告。
- 负责组织推动政策导向型产品的研发、销售、渠道建设等工作。
- 负责开展政府主导型巨灾保险业务的承保工作。
- 负责建立维护与政府、科研机构等单位的关系，积极拓展业务。
- 负责协助部门对内、对外的沟通与联络工作。
- 做好处室员工的工作安排与统筹管理。
- 完成上级交办的其他工作。
- 硕士研究生及以上学历，灾害、保险、精算、金融、经济、统计等相关专业。
- 具有8年以上灾害研究、财产保险或再保险承保等岗位工作经验者优先。
- 具有高度的责任感和团队精神。
- 具有较好的沟通协调能力。
- 具有较强的公文写作能力和英文听说读写能力。
