## Job description

Responsibilities 按照客户服务规范和标准，受理10086热线的业务咨询、业务查询、业务办理、投诉及建议等工作；收集汇总客户疑难投诉信息及建议。 Requirements

### 教育
- 本科及以上学历，通信信息管理、电子商务、信息管理等相关专业优先。

### 技能
- 熟练使用office、excel等计算机办公软件，具备较强的逻辑思维能力、语言表达能力及沟通技巧，具备良好的服务意识。

### 经验
- 有客服工作经验者优先。
