## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责建立全面预算管理制度和流程机制；
- 负责牵头组织中心整体预算编制及与集团的审核沟通；
- 负责组织预算分解、下达和调整；
- 负责跟踪分析和通报预算完成情况，督导各单位预算进度；
- 负责建立资源配置机制，组织研究专项资源配置方案；
- 负责牵头组织中心内部各单位开展滚动预测，研究全年任务目标是否需调整；
- 负责预算系统应用侧的系统管理工作，包括需求分析、配合系统开发及应用推广及日常管理等工作；
- 其他与预算管理相关的工作。

### Requirements 【教育背景】

硕士研究生及以上学历，财务、会计、经济、企业管理等财经类专业； 【工作经验】：具有3年及以上财务管理相关工作经验，具有预算管理等工作经验者优先。 【能力要求】：
- 具有中级会计师及以上、注册会计师、ACCA等财务专业资格证书；
- 熟悉会计和管理基础知识，掌握预算管理等财务综合知识；
- 认真细致，责任心强，有较强的逻辑思考和归纳分析能力，有创新意识；
- 具有较强的团队协作精神和组织协调沟通能力；
- 熟练使用各类办公软件；
- 精力充沛，抗压能力强。
