## Job description

### 线上服务
- 通过10086热线、在线客服、互联网渠道等方式为客户提供各类业务咨询办理等优质服务；

### 融合营销
- 挖掘客户需求，基于服务触点开展线上主动营销，创造更大客户价值；

### 投诉处理
- 根据客户投诉开展预处理和投诉受处理相关工作，保障广大客户权益; Requirements 教育背景： 大学本科及以上学历，具备计算机、电子科学、通信、电子信息工程、光电信息、数学、统计、电子商务、多媒体艺术等IT/DT/CT专业背景。

### 能力要求
- 普通话标准、流利，具备较强的逻辑思维能力、语言表达能力及沟通技巧，具备良好的服务意识；
- 具备快速打字的能力，能熟练使用office、excel等计算机办公软件；
- 具备较强的团队合作精神和执行力，有一定抗压能力，能适应轮班工作。

### 工作经验

具有一定的客服工作经验者优先。
