## Job description

### Responsibilities

1、按照客户服务规范和标准，受理10086热线的业务咨询、业务查询、业务办理、投诉及建议等工作； 2、收集汇总客户疑难投诉信息及建议。

### Requirements 教育背景

大学本科及以上学历，计算机、统计学、数据分析、应用统计等3T专业优先； 能力要求：
- 有较强的主观能动性、工作热情和团队精神，踏实认真负责；
- 具备较强的客户服务意识，具有良好的文字表达、沟通协调、服务策划能力；
- 具备较强的逻辑思维能力，善于分析、解决问题；

### 熟练使用办公自动化及统计分析软件； 工作经验
- 具有线上服务工作经验者优先。
