## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 按照客户服务规范和标准，受理 10086热线的业务咨询、业务查询、业务办理、投诉及建议等工作；
- 在客户服务过程中执行与配合公司相关产品的营销活动，结合客户需求进行营销服务；
- 收集汇总客户疑难投诉信息及建议，推动业务流程优化，提升客户体验感知。

### Requirements 教育

本科及以上学历,专业要求为软件、计算机、通信、电子商务、统计或服务营销等相关专业优先。

### 技能
- 普通话发音标准、口齿清晰，表达流利，无明显方言口音。
- 能熟练使用办公软件，录入速度达标。
- 善于倾听与安抚客户情绪，态度亲和、有耐心。

### 经验

具有客服经验者优先。
