## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 牵头算力行业对标分析，对标外省及先进省市在智算、通用算力、边缘算力等领域的优秀案例，形成可复制、可推广的标杆经验；
- 统筹算力行业营销组织与市场拓展，牵头算力项目签约、算力收入达成、重点项目中标份额提升、项目全生命周期质量管控；
- 负责DICT 项目中算力类需求的全流程管理，包括算力商机挖掘、售前技术支撑、算力方案编制、投标支持、项目落地推广、复盘及丢单分析；
- 对接集团算力相关能力平台与资源，引入集团级算力产品、算力平台、智算能力，牵头落地本地标杆算力项目；
- 推动算力行业垂直穿透，围绕重点行业构建 “算力 + 网络 + 应用” 一体化行业链，实现算力项目卡位、批量拓展与生态协同；
- 牵头算力行业生态合作，联动芯片、AI 厂商、云服务商、行业集成商，构建算力合作体系，提升本地算力供给与服务能力。 Requirements 1. 曾经完成过有影响力的行业标杆相关的案例，有千卡级算力集群设计实施经验优先； 2. 精通算力合规落地与商业计费模式者优先。
