## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责分行授信范围内的公司金融与同业金融授信业务的审查与审批工作；
- 负责向审贷会介绍审查项目，分析揭示风险，陈述审查意见；
- 提供授信行业政策，开展内部培训与工作指导；
- 承担行业、区域和产品的授信研究工作；
- 参与公司授信业务的贷前调查；
- 参与研发授信产品和制定客户金融服务方案。 Requirements

### 素质能力
- 坚决执行党和国家的路线、方针、政策，政治思想成熟；具备较高的专业素质，工作经验丰富，能有效处理本领域的疑难工作；认同招商银行的企业文化，具备较强的责任心，良好的学习、沟通、协作及开拓创新能力，能承担较大的工作压力；品行端正，无不良记录；

### 教育背景
- 大学本科及以上学历；

### 从业经验
- 具备5年（含）以上相关岗位工作经验，在专业领域有突出成绩的，可优先考虑；
- 符合招商银行近亲属回避的要求。
