## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 直接服务总、分行战略客户，负责家谱内重点企业的拓展和服务，服务企业经营各个场景的金融需求；
- 协同拓展和服务战略客户，深入挖掘客户需求，为客户提供生态化、综合化服务方案；
- 为总、分行名单制战略客户及其“三环两链”客户提供投商行一体化专业服务，提升客户的综合贡献；
- 落实行业认知及客户深度挖掘，形成差异化行业解决方案，创新模式并进行复制推广，积累行业专业化经营的内涵和能力；
- 牵头为总、分行名单制战略客户提供团体金融服务，助力零售高质量获客与经营；协同组织关键人的零售金融服务，提升公私融合服务能力。 Requirements
- 大学本科及以上学历；
- 具备3年及以上公司金融业务相关经验，且具备1年及以上对公信贷业务经验；
- 为人正直，诚实守信，具有良好的职业道德素养，无不良行为记录 具备较强的客户维护意识和独立的市场拓展能力，具备一定的风险识别及把控能力；具备较强的责任心和抗压能力 ；
- 了解宏观政策与经济形势，熟悉银行各类金融产品、业务操作流程及相关业务法规；
- 符合招商银行近亲属回避的相关要求。
