## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 营销零售信贷产品，拓展零售信贷客户，对客户通过零售交叉销售开展综合经营；
- 受理客户贷款申请，开展贷前调查工作，对贷款资料真实性、有效性及合法合规性负责，为客户提供咨询和贷后服务；
- 多方位获取客户资源，做好零售信贷业务渠道拓展和维护；
- 配合总、分行落实风险预警排查及策略执行、贷后补充调查和逾期贷款催收等贷后风险管理工作，做好客户持续服务。 Requirements
- 具有2年及以上银行零售信贷工作经验，品行端正；
- 具有较强的市场开拓能力、严谨的风险识别能力、合规经营意识，具有较强的客户服务意识和吃苦耐劳精神；
- 具有较强的市场营销和沟通能力，善于开拓业务和客户市场；
- 具备较强的责任心、工作热情和团队精神；
- 遵守监管要求和相关规章制度，无不良行为纪录，符合我行亲属回避要求。
