## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 为中高端客户的投融资需求、非金融需求提供各项零售综合金融服务，打造最佳客户服务体验；
- 了解中高端客户的资产配置状况及投资偏好，为客户提供全面的理财咨询与服务，并做好中高端及以上客户的深耕经营，以客户为中心，为客户创造价值，实现中高端客户的提升；
- 了解中高端客户需求，按照总分行制定的策略、方法与流程，为客户提供资产配置建议和方案，并做好售后管理；
- 深入挖掘客户需求，帮助客户了解和选择我行个贷及公司等业务品种。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，金融、经济等相关专业者优先；
- 具备3年及以上金融行业工作经验者优先；
- 具备CFP、CFA等专业资格证书者优先；
- 熟悉高端客户金融需求，具备较强的风险评估和把控能力；
- 品行端正、具备较强的责任心、抗压能力，团队协作能力和沟通能力，无不良记录。
