## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 主要负责拓展及经营金葵花客群和潜力金葵花客群，持续提升客户在我行总资产，并向上输送高等级客群；
- 协助厅堂进行流量高价值客户的承接和经营；
- 根据客户财富管理需求，提供资产配置及产品推介；
- 开展客户陪伴，为客户提供售后答疑及持仓优化建议，提升客户体验；
- 提供或转介存、贷、汇综合服务，满足客户综合化银行服务需求；
- 完成团队交办的其他工作。 Requirements
- 大学本科及以上学历；
- 具备2年以上银行理财经理相关工作经验， 持有基金从业资格、保险从业资格、 AFP、CFP、CFA等资质认证者优先 ；
- 为人正直，诚实守信，具有良好的职业道德素养，无不良行为记录，具备良好的沟通能力、较强的业务拓展能力及抗压能力 。
- 符合招商银行近亲属回避的相关要求。
